With over 50 years of combined training and consulting experience, our four instructors, reviewers and course developers are second to none. Combined, we have conducted hundreds of face to face training classes and presentations, implemented over 50 SUCCESSFUL proof of concepts and demos, installed several dozen live systems for customers and have a true passion for training and showing customers the power of Sun's Java Enterprise System software stack. The following is a brief biography on each four of our instructors.

Ziad has been in the IT field since 1995 and has recently received his Ethical Hacker Certification. As co-owner of a small data center in Texas, Ziad has extensive knowledge of Sun hardware and the Solaris operating system. His most recent Proof of Concept included deploying Sun's Portal Server in an SSL only mode with FULL HA from top to bottom.
Thanks to Ziad's generosity, we are able to offer each customer a FREE DEDICATED Sun server on the internet for the student to work with and install the course labs on for 30 days from ANY INTERNET access point in the world!

Nunu has been selling and installing ALL of Sun's Java Enterprise System software stack at Sun Microsystems in Dallas, TX for the past seven years. It all started in 1998 when he joined Netscape as a Channel SE and has been a lead / senior engineer in his group for each of the seven years. Prior to joining Netscape, Nunu was developing interactive CD-Roms and DVD's and developed many training and educational CD / DVD Roms for both the corporate and educational field. He was one of only four developers who created a Biology Lab in a box which has sold over two million copies to date.
Nunu has been kind enough to be the voice over for ALL of the jestraining.com training DVD's, in addition to reviewing EACH DVD for accuracy and usefulness. In addition to English, Nunu can speak four major languages including: Hindi, French, Italian and Spanish.

Jacien is a certified MCSE and CCNE consultant and has just received his EHC. As a deep dive instructor / consultant and former Fortune 100 IT engineer / manager, Jacien has been the main person testing and re-testing the accuracy of the labs and system setup instructions on EACH of our training DVD's.
In addition to his technical skills, Jacien has published several white papers on security, networking and SOA.

Chul-Ho has been one of the key people in determining what customers demand in the field. Having developed various web sites for Fortune 1000 companies, he is now responsible for asking the field and customers what they want to see in our training DVD's.
As the go-to-guy, Chul-Ho has been key in helping customers and partners get the detailed AND accurate training they demand. With today's high cost of travel, Chul-Ho is also looking into remote support for key customers who have problems and issues implementing Sun's Java Enterprise System software stack.
